Travel Information

General Participants

General participants attending ICDAM7 are responsible for their own travel arrangements and related expenses.

Supported Participants

Travel expenses for supported participants will be covered by ICDAM7 and reimbursed through NOVA Research Company after the event. Please note: ICDAM7 will not reimburse for car rental costs but will reimburse taxicab and train fare related to meeting travel.

A letter with information about travel arrangements and reimbursement process will be sent to all supported participants by mid-November. If you have questions on how to make your travel arrangements, please contact Ms. Teresa Valero at TValero@novaresearch.com.
